Caroline Marks, CPA
                                
Caroline's 22 year professional career has taken her from a staff accountant at the New Jersey firm of Nisivoccia & Company to a senior manager with Dixon Hughes, in Jacksonville, Florida.  During those years, she has worked with small and large businesses, and with individuals in a variety of industries.  She has served on various committees and local boards, and is a member of both the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.  She has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Florida and New Jersey.  Additionally, Caroline spent 4 years working in the entertainment industry as a business manager with the firm of Burton Goldstein & Company.  With expertise in both individual and business accounting and taxation, as well as payroll, budgeting, cash management and controllership, Caroline is a well rounded professional.

Caroline earned a Bachelor's degree from Miami University in 1991.  She continued her academic pursuits with coursework towards a Master's degree in Taxation at Farleigh Dickinson College.  She became a Certified Public Accountant in 2004.

In 2008, the concept of "circle of strength" was born out of some life challenges that Caroline was faced with.  The concept is simple:  whether it be in times of feast, or times of famine, we are all in need of a circle of resources.  No one has the ability to succeed or to meet challenge alone, and in 2010, Caroline decided to dedicate her professional life to the concept of a circle of strength, and formed COS Management.  Caroline seeks to be an integral part of the circle for individuals and businesses alike, by providing valuable bookkeeping and accounting services.
